GAGIK JHANGIRIAN’S SUIT WAS DECLINED The administrative court of Yerevan yesterday declined the suit of Gagik Jhangirian against the President of Armenia. Jhangirian demands repealing the two February 23 decrees of Robert Kocharian on dismissing him and demoted. Gagik Jhangirian’s attorneys are likely to go to the Court of Cassation. |
