AXA CLARIFICATIONS Each heir will get 8 thousand dollars The Prague journal "Orer' asked for clarifications on the process of compensation to the heirs of the victims of the Armenian genocide the U.S. attorney Vardges Eghiayan. Claims to AXA confirmed by the District Court of Central region of California in late January. The foundation received 13 790 applications, of which 996 passed, 12 794 rejected. Each will be given a little more than 8000 dollars in the next 2 weeks who will receive corresponding letter. AXA Insurance Agency will pay 17.6 million dollars, of which 11 million will have the heirs, the rest will be transferred to the accounts of lawyers' offices and Armenian organizations that were involved in a lawsuit, lragir.am reports. |
