RUSSIAN-FRENCH SUPPORT TO ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN By Hovik Afyan Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, during his three-day official visit to France, March 1-3, met with French President Nikolay Sarkozy. Besides the bilateral issues, the presidents of the Minsk Group Co-chair countries discussed also Karabakh conflict settlement. "What about Nagorno Karabakh, Russia and France will support Armenia and Azerbaijan in making efforts to understand each other properly", Sarkozy said in a press conference held after the meeting According to news.am, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan is going to a pay an official visit to France on March 9-11. |
