Commenting on Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmed Davutoglu's statement that the Armenian-Turkish protocols may be ratified at the Turkish Parliament in three days, but it is delayed because of some reasons, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan said "the settlement process cannot go on under threats".
