At its March 9 sitting, the interagency commission in charge of the 2009 Armenia-NATO Individual Partnership Program reported that the program was effectively implemented.

"I regard the present situation concerning Nagorno Karabakh conflict as a stage to pass a decision," OSCE Parliamentary Assembly’s special representative for Nagorno Karabakh and Georgia Goran Lennmarker said yesterday in Tbilisi.

"In such conflicts as the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, there are no winners. An agreement should’ve been reached then, in the late 80s, we would’ve resolved the Karabakh issue," said first and last president of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev, while speaking to jouranlists in Moscow, reports RFE/RL.
