"A1+" TO PARTICIPATE IN A TENDER The Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe concluded on 4 March 2010 its first special human rights meeting devoted to the supervision of the execution of the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights. The decisions adopted directly at the meeting in some 25 cases or groups of cases against Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Italy, Moldova, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Turkey, Ukraine and United Kingdom have just been published, a1plus.am reports. According to the source, among other decisions, the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe has also touched upon the execution of the judgment regarding "Meltex" LTD, ("A1+") that was announced on June 17, 2008. The Committee has made a decision "taking note of the information by the Armenian government according to which a tender will be held in July this year and that "A1+" will have the opportunity to participate". |
