NKR PRESIDENT BAKO SAHAKYAN SIGNS DECREES ON AWARDING President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed August 30 decrees on awarding in connection with the 19th anniversary of proclamation of Artsakh Republic. The Central Information Department of the Office of Artsakh Republic President told Armenpress that seven persons, among them six posthumous, were awarded with the medal "For Courage" for bravery and courage, shown in the defense of the Motherland. 392 persons, among them 16 posthumous, were awarded with the "For Service in Battle" medal for successful performance of combat missions, raising combat readiness of the forces as well as courage, shown when defending state borders. For services, shown to the Artsakh Republic, one person was awarded with the Mesrop Mashtots Order and three individuals, one of them posthumous, were awarded the "Gratitude" medal. |
