SAMVEL KARAPETYAN RANKS THIRD IN THE LIST OF 30 RICHEST OWNERS OF REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES IN RUSSIA Forbes magazine has published the commercial real estate holders rating of Russia. The president of Tashir Group Samvel Karapetyan ranks third in the list of 30 richest owners of real estate properties in Russia. During the crisis Karapetyan greatly expanded his business by buying up the real estate of the bankrupting companies. The total amount of investment into these projects exceed $2 billion, according to Forbes. The Company's incomes totaled $ 1 billion 700 million. Samvel Karapetyan is the brother of Karen Karapetyan, Head of RA President’s staff. |
