IF BRYZA BLUFFS INTO THE DEPLOYMENT OF PEACEKEEPERS It is hard to predict outcomes of the Kazan talks, US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza has told journalists. Instead he mentioned that there is no trick in the talks, the discussions are very serious and great progress has been achieved lately. Bryza also pointed out that deployment of peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone is also on agenda. Now, one can guess if he said these trying to please Azerbaijan, if this is the reality, as the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs recently rejected the words of the Azerbaijani MFA about the deployment of peacekeepers, as the issue was not discussed during the last three years. |
